Who Are We?

Independent Scottish Cider producers pushing the boundaries of what craft cider can be.

Why did we start?

Edinburgh Cider Co. started in 2021 by Husband and Wife team Alison and Jim Lamb. The ambition was to bring Original, unique and individual craft cider to the Scottish, UK and European markets. 

What makes us special?

Our Ciders are created here in Edinburgh City, we utilise craft brewing techniques in our recipe production.
